Aaron Duplechin began his career in the utility industry in 1999 at South Louisiana Electric Cooperative. He was a lineman and serviceman for 12 years before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2011. Aaron joined Ruffin and Associates in 2017 and manages the Louisiana and South Mississippi Public power accounts for the firm.
