Four decades of electrical utility expertise
Ruffin and Associates was founded by Stan Ruffin in 1976. The company originally served customers in Mississippi. Stan expanded over the next 10 years, and for the last 40 years we have served our customers in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Louisiana. In 2008, Stan Ruffin sold the company to Mike Carson, Terry Jacob, Chip Williams, Jim Ratliff, and Todd Martin. Since that time, some owners have retired, and others have bought in. The current ownership group consists of Chip Williams, Todd Martin, Aaron Duplechin, and TJ Curtis, with Chip Williams operating as the president.
