TJ joined Ruffin and Associates in 2023, and since then has applied his sales, consulting, and industry experience across Arkansas cooperatives and municipalities, with ongoing involvement in Entergy-related projects and initiatives. He began his career in the electric utility sector in 1999 with South Central Electric Cooperative, where he spent two decades building a foundation in operations and member service. He then moved into utility sales with Anixter/Wesco (2019–2021) and Graybar (2020–2021), expanding his experience in product solutions and client partnerships. In 2021, he returned to South Central Electric Cooperative to lead engineering and operations initiatives, enhancing reliability and efficiency for member-customers.
