Jim started his electrical career in 1981 as the national sales manager for Kyle reclosers.  He went to work for Wesco in 1994 as a territory salesman covering parts of east and middle Tennessee.  In 2002 he came to work at Ruffin and Associates and was part of the ownership group when we bought Stan Ruffin out in 2008.  In December of 2024, Jim transitioned to a part-time consultant before moving into retirement.  Today he helps with his technical and territory knowledge, as well as his years of relationships.
