Chip started in the utility industry in 1991 with a local utility distributor. In 1996 he joined Ruffin and Associates as an inside salesperson and technical support. In 2004, he left Ruffin and went back to the distributor he had previously worked for as an outside salesman. In 2006, he came back to Ruffin and Associates as an outside salesman. Over the years, he has covered the West Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi territories over the years. In 2017, he took the role of President of the company. In his spare time, Chip likes to spend time with his family. He also enjoys playing golf and tennis.
