Todd has over 40 years of experience in the electrical utility industry, He gained valuable knowledge and expertise in the field, beginning his career at a cooperative, where he worked for five years before transitioning to the sales side of the industry. As an owner of Ruffin and Associates, he has continued to grow and expand his skills in the industry. In addition to his professional work, he is also a dedicated family man, having been married for 40 years and raising three children and four grandchildren. Outside of work and family, he is passionate about giving back to the community and has been a missionary in Guatemala for the past 15 years, working to make a positive impact in the lives of others. His diverse experiences and commitment to service have shaped him into the person he is today.
